The contract is between the hirer and My Green Love Affair (Pty) Ltd.(MGLA). By hiring from MGLA you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Minimum Spend of R1000. Refundable Breakage Deposit applies
If collecting - the Hire Period is for a maximum of 3 days, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of early collection or late return, a 50% surcharge of the order value will be levied per additional day.
This is invoiced separately depending on the distance of your venue to our Studio in Woodstock.
On collection of hired items, it is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that all items are accounted for and in good condition. Upon signature for goods, the hirer becomes fully responsible for damage or loss.
In the event that an item is lost or returned damaged, soiled, or in an irreparable condition, the hirer will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
MGLA accepts no liability for any occurrence, however caused, to any person as a result of this hire agreement unless negligence on our part can be proven.
In the event that the contract is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the deposit paid is non-refundable. Any refund of any other payment made in terms of the contract will be entirely at the discretion of MGLA.
Whilst My Green Love Affair will endeavor to source all Floral & Greenery as quoted for, we cannot be held responsible in the event of our suppliers not being able to source same type or colour. We will always try to substitute with floral as similar as possible.
A R5000.00 booking fee, to secure Floral Design, Décor & Services, which is fully deductible from the Final Invoice, is payable on acceptance of our quotation should the event occur 6 months beyond the quotation date. 50% due latest 6 months prior to the event date. Balance due latest 4 weeks prior to event date.
