TERMS & CONDITIONS
The contract is between the hirer and My Green Love Affair (Pty) Ltd.(MGLA). By hiring from MGLA you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Décor is only available to hire through a FULL My Green Love Affair Floral & Décor Set Up OR a FULL Floral & Décor collection from our Studio prior to your event.
2. HIRE PERIOD
If collecting - the Hire Period is for a maximum of 3 days, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of early collection or late return, a 50% surcharge of the
order value will be levied per additional day.
3. DELIVERY & COLLECTION
This is invoiced separately depending on the distance of your venue to our Studio in Woodstock.
4. RECEIPT OF HIRED ITEMS
On collection of hired items, it is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that all items are accounted for and in good condition. Upon
signature for goods, the hirer becomes fully responsible for damage or loss.
5. BROKEN OR LOST ITEMS
In the event that an item is lost or returned damaged, soiled, or in an irreparable condition, the hirer will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
MGLA accepts no liability for any occurrence, however caused, to any person as a result of this hire agreement unless negligence on our part can be proven.
In the event that the contract is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the deposit paid is non-refundable. Any refund of any other payment made in terms of the contract will be entirely at the discretion of MGLA.
Whilst My Green Love Affair will endeavor to source all Floral & Greenery as quoted for, we cannot be held responsible in the event of our suppliers not being able to source same type or colour. We will always try to substitute with floral as similar as possible.
