The contract is between the client and My Green Love Affair (Pty) Ltd.(MGLA). By using from MGLA’s services you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Whilst My Green Love Affair will endeavor to source all Floral & Greenery as quoted for, we cannot be held responsible in the event of our suppliers not being able to source same type or colour. We will always try to substitute with floral as similar as possible.
A 50% deposit on all packages is payable to secure our services & décor. The remainder due 3 weeks before your event.
In the event that an item is lost or returned damaged, soiled, or in an irreparable condition, the hirer will be responsible for the FULL replacement cost.
MGLA accepts no liability for any occurrence, however caused, to any person as a result of this contract agreement unless negligence on our part can be proven.
In the event that the contract is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the deposit paid is non-refundable. Any refund of any other payment made in terms of the contract will be entirely at the discretion of MGLA.
